# Terms of use for the early access service

> Financist is provided during early access on an “as is” basis. The data you enter belongs to you and can be exported. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your data and the security of your credentials. The liability of Swipe Scape s.r.o. is limited to the extent permitted by law. The governing law is the law of the Czech Republic.

These terms govern the use of the Financist service while it is in early access.

## 1. Subject of the terms

These terms govern the use of the **“Financist”** web service (the “service”), provided by **Swipe Scape s.r.o.** (“we”). By using the service, including the demo, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

The service is intended for management accounting: keeping accounts, transactions, debts, budgets and documents, and producing reports. It is not bookkeeping software for filing tax or statutory returns, and it is not tax, legal or financial advice.

## 2. Early access and provision “as is”

The service is in **early access**. This means that:

- the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose;
- features may change, be added or be removed, and some capabilities are not yet implemented;
- we do not guarantee any particular level of availability and do not promise dates for new features;
- the demo workspace is temporary and intended for evaluation only: do not keep working data in it.

## 3. Accounts and access

- You provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, access tokens and invitation links safe, and for all actions taken using your credentials.
- The workspace owner is responsible for the users they invite and for the roles and permissions assigned to them.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu](mailto:o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu).

## 4. User obligations

You agree not to use the service to break the law or infringe third-party rights. In particular, you must not:

- enter data you have no right to enter, or enter personal data without a basis under data protection law;
- attempt to access other workspaces or bypass access restrictions;
- place excessive load on the service or disrupt its operation;
- resell access or pass it to people you have not authorised.

You are responsible for checking the results: reports, indicators and the AI assistant’s answers depend on the data you enter and may contain inaccuracies.

## 5. Customer data

The data you enter into the service **belongs to you**. We acquire no ownership of it. You grant us the right to process that data only to the extent needed to provide the service, keep it secure and support it. The processing of personal data is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://findir.rozum.one/en/privacy/).

You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and completeness of the data you enter, including having a basis for entering the personal data of counterparties and employees.

## 6. Data export

You can export your data at any time: a full copy of a workspace’s business data as a JSON file, and reports and transaction lists as CSV. Export is available to the workspace owner and to users with the relevant permission. We recommend making copies regularly, especially during early access.

## 7. AI features and the Claude connection

The AI assistant’s answers are produced by a language model, so they may be wrong or incomplete. Changes to the books are made only after your confirmation, and you are responsible for the decision to confirm them. When you connect Claude, you yourself initiate the exchange of data with that service’s provider, whose terms apply separately from these.

## 8. Payment

Public pricing has not been announced. Using the demo requires no payment. Terms for working with your own data during early access, including any payment, are agreed with you separately in writing. Without such an agreement, no payment obligation arises.

## 9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, loss of data, interruptions in operation, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the service’s indicators or the AI assistant’s answers. Our liability for direct loss, if it arises, is limited to the extent permitted by law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for intentional breach and for harm to health.

## 10. Suspension and termination

- You may stop using the service at any time. Export the data you need before you do.
- We may suspend or end access in the event of a breach of these terms, a threat to the security of the service, or the end of early access. Where possible, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to export your data.
- After access ends, we delete or return data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

## 11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms, for example when moving from early access to a commercial launch. The current version is published on this page. By continuing to use the service after a change, you agree to the new version; if you disagree, stop using the service.

## 12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the **law of the Czech Republic**. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited.

Send questions about these terms to [o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu](mailto:o.stepeniev@swipescape.eu).

Version dated 31 October 2026.
