## Current status: early access

Financist is under active development, and we deliberately do not publish prices until pricing has been approved. We do not give indicative amounts, trial periods or discounts, so as not to mislead anyone.

What is certain:

- the **demo** with sample data is available now and needs no sign-up or payment details;
- **working with your own data** is opened on request: we discuss your task, set up access and agree the terms;
- **public pricing** will be published on this page once it has been approved.

## What the demo includes

- A temporary workspace with sample accounts and transactions in several currencies.
- A dashboard with a Business Health score and widgets for income, expenses and account balances.
- Five reports: cash flow, profit and loss, balance sheet, debts and the payment calendar.
- Reference lists: income and expense categories, projects, counterparties, tags and legal entities.
- The documents, budgets, inventory and settings sections are available but come without ready-made examples, so you can fill them in yourself.
- The demo workspace is temporary and meant for evaluation, not for keeping working data.

## How to get access for your team

The process is simple and needs no payment while you are getting to know the product.

1. **Try the demo** — Open the app and click the demo button (“Спробувати демо з даними”; the interface is currently in Ukrainian). You will see what the dashboard and reports look like.
2. **Write to us** — On the Contact page, describe your business, the number of accounts and legal entities, what you use today and what you want to see in your books.
3. **Agree terms and bring in your team** — We agree early access terms, set up your workspace and roles for your colleagues. Each workspace is isolated from the others.

So that you do not expect more than there is, here is an honest split.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much does Financist cost?

Pricing has not been announced, so we cannot name an amount. The service is in early access, and terms for individual teams are agreed one by one. When pricing is approved, it will be published on this page.

### Is there a trial period?

We have not announced an official trial period for working with your own data. Instead, the demo with sample data opens without signing up. We discuss testing on your own data on request through the contact page.

### Will there be a free plan?

We can neither confirm nor deny it: the pricing model has not been approved. We do not promise a free plan and do not mention discounts until they are officially announced on this website.

### Do I need payment details for the demo?

No. The demo needs neither a sign-up nor a card. The service currently has no online payment at all: terms for working with your own data are agreed separately.

### Can I take my data with me if I stop using the service?

Yes. A full copy of workspace data can be exported as a JSON file, and reports as CSV. This is available to the workspace owner and to users with the relevant permission.
