> To request early access to Financist, arrange a demonstration or ask a question, write to the email address shown on this page. In your message, briefly describe your business, your current accounting tools and your goals. There is no need to send passwords, access tokens or full bank statements.

Email is the simplest way to reach us or to request access. Below is what to include in your message.

## Write to us

Use it to:

- request early access for your team;
- arrange a demonstration of the service;
- ask about features, security or terms;
- submit a request concerning personal data (see the [Privacy Policy](https://findir.rozum.one/en/privacy/)).

We do not state a guaranteed response time.

## How to request access or a demonstration

It helps to look at the demo first: the conversation will be more concrete.

1. **Open the demo** — In the app, click the demo button (“Спробувати демо з даними”; the interface is currently in Ukrainian) and explore the dashboard and reports on sample data. No sign-up is needed.
2. **Send an email** — Describe your business and what you want to see in your books. The list of what to include is below.
3. **Agree the next step** — In reply we will suggest a format: a short demonstration, setting up a workspace for your team, or answers to your questions. Early access terms are agreed individually, and pricing has not been announced yet.

## What to include in your email

- Your company name, country and line of business.
- The number of legal entities, accounts and currencies you work with.
- What you use for accounting today: spreadsheets, bookkeeping software or something else.
- Which questions you want to answer: cash flow, profit and loss, debts, budgets, payment approvals.
- Who on your team will work in the system and which roles they need.
- Which language you prefer: Ukrainian, English or Czech.

## What not to send by email

Ordinary email is not suitable for sensitive data. In your first message, please do not send:

- passwords or access codes;
- API access tokens or invitation links;
- full bank statements or documents containing personal data.

A description of your task is enough to get acquainted with the product. You can work with real data inside your own workspace once access has been set up.

### Do I have to pay to get in touch?

No. Enquiries, questions and early access discussions are free. Pricing has not been announced, and terms for working with your own data are agreed separately.

### Where do I write about personal data matters?
